Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator (Corrugated Box Production) Overview: A leadership role for an experienced maintenance professional from the corrugated box industry. You will be responsible for ensuring all production equipment and lines operate efficiently, leading the maintenance team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a unionized facility. Key Responsibilities: Produce and maintain a comprehensive Plant Safety Maintenance program to ensure industry best practices. Proactively lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance staff to achieve high performance. Supervise and inspect maintenance operations, equipment repairs, and lead equipment shutdowns and startups. Oversee department KPIs and operational objectives, identifying and implementing performance improvements. Participate in labor union negotiations to foster productive and positive labor relations. Requirements: Education Preference for a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a 2-year technical degree in a related field. Experiences 5+ years of Maintenance leadership experience is required. Must have direct experience within a corrugated box production facility. Deep, hands-on knowledge of corrugator machinery (e.g., BHS Corrugator, Flexos, Evols) is essential. Other Candidates must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, and/or require no sponsorship now or in the future.
