Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Tax Manager Overview: A leading public accounting firm in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a technical and client-focused Tax Manager to lead engagements and mentor a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven professional to provide strategic tax planning to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing advisory relationships. Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors. Research complex tax issues and present findings to clients and partners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. A Master's degree in Taxation is a strong plus. Experiences: 6+ years of recent experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role. Other: Active CPA license is required. Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with tax research tools (e.g., CCH, RIA) and tax preparation software. A committed team player with a passion for client service. In this role, you will be part of the engine behind our work with our Higher Education Partner. This role will help ensure smooth program logistics and provide other administrative support as assigned.  This role is part of the Greater Boston regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Greater Boston Region.
