Join Ultimate Care NY as a Home Health Aide, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, fostering their independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Accompany clients to appointments as needed. Ensure a safe and clean living environment. Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for overtime. Requirements Must have a valid HHA or PCA certification from an accredited program. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients. Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients and their families.
