Provide flexibility and adaptability in handling additional assignments and special projects as needed. Requirements 4 years previous experience as a legal secretary or Litigation law experience. Corporate law experience - required. Understanding of court, jurisdictional and agency processes Strong knowledge of legal terminology, document preparation, and court procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
