Description

Job Description: We are a family-owned pool service and repair company looking for an experienced full-time technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and possesses strong knowledge of pool chemicals. A positive attitude and willingness to support the team are essential qualities we seek in the candidate. Responsibilities: * Maintain and clean a designated route of pools * Assist in onboarding new customers and ensure they have the correct expectations set * Perform pool netting, brushing, and other cleaning tasks * Regularly check water chemistry and add necessary chemicals to maintain optimal levels * Inspect pool equipment to ensure it is functioning properly * Document any onsite issues with photos/videos and communicate them to the office Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent is required * Effective verbal and written communication skills with both employees and customers * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines * Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods, as well as lift up to 70 lbs * Possession of a current valid driver’s license * Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing if required Pay and Benefits: * 1099 contractor full-time position with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday * Competitive wages, paid per pool stop * Four company scheduled weeks off per year - unpaid * 50% up to $200 for contractor dental, vision, and health insurance coverage * Company vehicle for work-related tasks * Gas card provided for company-related travel To apply, please submit your resume and any relevant certifications or licenses.
