Essential functions Must be able to drive to multiple locations as part of job responsibilities. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems. Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business. Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message. Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting the service level agreement. Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention. Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use. Other duties as necessary. Schedule: Monday- Friday 5 pm to 2am Pay Rate: $23- $25 an hour Requirements High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry. 3 years of prior experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or multiple locations. Building, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience a plus! Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement. CRM experience preferred. The candidate may be required to run, maintain, and turn off the boiler system.   The examples of duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed by individuals in this position, rather than an extensive list. -          Perform varied simple and moderately physically strenuous tasks involved in cleaning and maintaining offices, bathrooms, buildings, and grounds. -          Light plumbing and electrical work (such as bleeding radiators, changing smoke detectors, changing light fixtures) -          Run the boiler system during required month of operation. -          Assist in making repairs to buildings or equipment. -          When assigned, move objects weighing about 50 pounds. -          When assigned, move heavy supplies, and equipment. -          Dispose of trash, recycling, and other materials to keep space safe. -          Distribute supplies to Pool during months of operation. -          Limited landscaping including trimming of trees, hedges etc., -          Perform additional salting of walkways to supplement vendors -          Other duties, as assigned.
