We are a well established apartment make ready painting contractor looking for PAINTER for vacant units and homes. Steady, reliable YEAR ROUND work - wouldn't that be nice?! We are buried in work and need you - NOW! We are seeking a full time employee, Mon-Saturday 8-5 (normally work five days per week), with potential for some Saturday work required as needed. This is NOT a seasonal position - we are looking to hire a motivated individual willing to work hard and grow with the company. This will require having a good 'can do' attitude at all times and attention to detail. We are busy and getting busier - come join us! Requirements: • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor. • Apartment interior repaint experience • Ability to lift 75 lbs. • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance (including clean driving history and clean criminal history - no felonies) • Basic English proficiency • Clean-cut appearance • Ability to pass drug test (illegal drugs) •Willing to work overtime as it could be required at times Responsibilities: • Apartment Repainting • Working on ladders • Preparing various surfaces for painting (walls, ceilings, closets and millwork) • Repairing drywall • Taking pride in your best job done right - EVERY TIME!
