You’ll be responsible for organizing and directing all activities related to the maintenance and repair of our Plymouth-area site buildings and other apartments when occasionally needed, including our Southeast Campus property grounds, vehicles, and other equipment. The Home will provide a truck/van for you to get between sites where you'll make minor repairs and help with the upkeep of the buildings. You'll be a part of an on-call rotation with other staff, and will be expected to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local code requirements, and always maintain a safe working environment.
