Full Time energetic, honest and self motivated person to join our Fire Equipment Service Company In Hicksville, NY Must have clean drivers license. Paid training included. Experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities include: - Service, inspection and installation of portable fire extinguishers and other fire safety equipment for commercial properties in NYC and Long Island. - Must complete Certificate of Fitness for FDNY three months after start date. Study materials and assistance will be provided. - Some off hour work may be required - Early morning and weekend hours possible with compensation. - Applicants must be able to read, write and speak clear English. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. Technicians start their day at our workshop in Hicksville. Two weeks paid vacation will be offered after one full year of employment.
