About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
