Just looking for a part-time maintenance guy to do odd jobs like fix swamp coolers, weeds, paint, etc. should have light/some experience with manual labor to be familiar enough with common terms like OSB, Sheetrock, use power tools, etc. but I can instruct you in most things and or direct you to YouTube.
