Check vehicles for appropriate parking passes and verify pass color. Allow or deny entry based on the type and color of displayed passes. Direct unauthorized vehicles to designated alternate parking areas. Maintain clear and courteous communication with drivers. Ensure barricades and traffic flow remain orderly and secure. Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Program, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating student and faculty compliance with clinical requirements, organizing student clinical rotation groups, and ensuring smooth communication with clinical partners.
