HVAC Mechanic wanted (Hamilton)

This is in the City of Lorain, Ohio on the east side near downtown. We are looking for someone to help keep the common areas of our small apartment building complex neat and tidy. We need someone to come clean every week or every ten days for two hours at a time. Work involved includes but is not limited to: Vacuuming carpets in hallways Mopping and sweeping entryways Cleaning the laundry rooms Cleaning the glass doors Walking around the premises and picking up any litter Taking out the trash Light dusting Must have your own transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and walk up and down stairs. Compensation is $20-$25 an hour and the expected work is approximately 6-8 hours a month.
