Work well with team members and follow supervisor directions to meet production targets. Ability to read and understand job-related materials and perform basic math. Previous manufacturing and assembly experience preferred, not required. Proficient with manual and powered hand tools. Experience with hoist/crane operation is a plus. Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working conditions. POSITION SUMMARY: The Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist classification consists of Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish. All Paint FCSs will be cross trained in these functions and will be utilized throughout the facility, based on customer demand. WHAT YOU WILL DO:  PAINT: Produces quality parts at or above expected rate. Utilizes time and skills effectively. Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately. Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance. Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers. Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware. Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers.
