Job description: Job site cleanup Location: Santa Maria, CA Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM We are looking for a dependable Housekeeping / Cleanup team member to join our crew at a busy concrete production facility. This is not a standard janitorial role — it involves working around heavy equipment, concrete, and outdoor yard areas to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Responsibilities include: Daily cleanup of production, shop, and yard areas (sweeping, trash removal, organizing, raking, and debris pickup) Cleaning and stocking multiple restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas Assisting with equipment, tools, and truck cleanup when needed Keeping outdoor areas, driveways, and walkways clear of trash, weeds, and debris Following a daily checklist to ensure plant cleanliness and safety standards are met Using proper PPE (ear protection, gloves, hardhat, dust mask when required – provided) Requirements: Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Comfortable working in a construction/concrete environment with dust, noise, and outdoor weather conditions Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Able to follow instructions and work well with a team Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person

Job Summary As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came! You must have strong knowledge of electrical systems in single-family home and/or commercial building, with the ability to troubleshoot, install, and maintain wiring, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with city codes and safety standards.
