We’re looking for a Carpenter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working with their hands, and bringing creative solutions to unique challenges. This role is primarily on-site and labor-focused, with some light coordination as needed. No two days are the same - one day you might be assisting with a small bathroom remodel, the next you could be tackling spring home maintenance or supporting outdoor projects. Our primary service locations are in King County. What You’ll Do - Perform hands-on construction, repair, and maintenance work across a variety of residential projects. (examples: deck repairs, carpentry, exterior pressure washing, small remodels/demo, etc.) - Support project leads and managers in keeping jobsites organized, efficient, and safe. - Interact with high-end clientele and vendors with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion. - Troubleshoot problems on-site and provide quality, timely solutions. - Assist with light project coordination and communication as needed.
