Skilled with DA & rotary polishers, compounds, polishes, pads; understands cut vs. finish and clear coat safety. Knowledge of wet sanding/de-nibbing, overspray removal, and paint-correction fundamentals. Eye for detail, consistent finish standard, and pride in workmanship. Able to manage a fast-paced workflow with multiple vehicles per day. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Able to lift/move 40–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. Safety first: PPE use; basic awareness of isocyanates, VOCs, and chemical handling. ⭐ Nice-to-Haves Ceramic coating application, headlight restoration, light PDR support coordination.
