We strive to maintain an extremely positive and enjoyable working environment throughout the company. We are in search of a skilled Mechanic that has the ability to function well as part of a team. You must have effective organizational and communication skills to work on your fleet and equipment. Looking for a full-time mechanic to service a fleet a 15 trucks and trailers and Bobcats and Cat and small tool. Expectations include anything from monthly maintenance to major repairs. A majority of the work will be completed in the days or evenings and some weekends for maintenance after trucks return from their jobsite, but work is available during the day as well for repairs when a truck is unable to drive and needing repair. MECHANIC JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS: You must have tools and ability to work on all types of trucks and construction equipment. Perform 90-day truck inspections on all types of vehicles. Maintain an organized and neat working environment at all times. Diagnostic skills Electrical Diagnosis/repair Team player. Must be able to multi task. Performs maintenance and repairs on equipment. Assists with cleaning equipment when necessary Disassembles unit and inspects parts for wear. Perform PM maintenance and other require services. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements: Solid Mechanical Skills 2+ years mechanic experience in an automobile / truck repair environment. Small tools repair needed Self-motivated, detailed and organized. Experience locating parts locally and online. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and oral). Must read/write in English. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player. Can read schematics. Must be dependable and trustworthy. Clean driving record a plus. Must have resume and references. Excellent communicator and problem solver. MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP A VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED WORK ENVIRONMENT!
