Service Overview: Laborer will perform the following services throughout the NE States. They will be responsible for performing the services using our discretion and their expertise. We will provide all necessary tools and equipment. - Debris removal - Inspections - Installation of handrails, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, switch plates, outlet covers, gas/water caps, vent covers, etc. - Lawn/yard maintenance, shrub trimming, vine removal - Snow removal - Cleaning services - Window boarding & re-glazing - Gutter cleaning & repair - Securing/lock changes - Winterizations/de-winterizations - Minor repairs & other similar services as needed Requirement: - Must Pass Background Check - Must Pass Drug Test - Clean Driving Record - Previous experience and track record of performing the above services or similar services. - Must be reachable via phone/email/text throughout the day.
