What You’ll Do: Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties. Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and outdoor environments to create stunning light setups. Collaborate with a fun, supportive team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ holiday visions come to life. Assist with organizing equipment, inventory, and maintaining a clean work environment. What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and a willingness to work long hours. Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks. SUMMARY Immediate opening for a drivers helper for our San Diego Branch Office who is familiar with warehouse operations but mainly would helping a driver with various activities like loading and unloading material, scraping pallets, cleaning warehouse... The ideal candidate is a team player with a can-do, positive attitude. Regular duties include picking up order from vendors, loading trucks and providing excellent customer service at each delivery location. Warehouse duties are assigned. DRIVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DRIVERS HELPER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Pulling and stocking material, cycle counts and warehouse cleaning/maintenance; •Ability to read invoices, measurements, work as a team and follow directions from management; •Forklift experience a plus; help driver load/unload tile and slab @warehouse and on job sites •Other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (both positions, include): •Ability to lift 60 lbs., push/pull 50 lbs., and move a dolly loaded with up to 260 lbs.; •Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods of time while performing physical labor. WORK ENVIRONMENT Candidates functions in a construction environment. While performing duties, our employees are occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, saws, heavy equipment and outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Looking for the right person to join our small but growing construction business. We are a custom design build general contractor and we do alot of outdoor living projects like building decks, concrete work, carpentry, masonry, framing, foundations, landscape etc. We are also expanding into larger projects like custom homes, etc. We need a helper to get projects done faster. Potential to learn many skills, different trades and obtain new skills. Great working conditions outdoors in the fresh air and getting exercise.
