Handyman that can perform a wide range of skilled maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for our clients, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, painting, fixture installation, and general property upkeep. Must be versatile, possess good problem-solving skills, be proficient with various hand and power tools, and be able to work independently or as part of a team, while also recognizing when to call in specialists for complex issues. Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Conducting routine maintenance and light repairs on buildings, appliances, and fixtures. Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and performing other basic plumbing tasks. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches, and performing minor electrical repairs. Carpentry: Performing light carpentry work, such as building cabinets or repairing wooden structures like fences and decks. Painting: Painting walls, filling holes, and performing other minor decorating tasks. Installation: Installing fixtures, appliances, and other equipment.

Looking for a mechanic who is able to keep up with maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles (Mostly 3/4 ton trucks) as well as small equipment. The ability to adapt to different equipment and projects will be very helpful. This is a year round position.
