S.D. Smith Homes, a high quality residential custom home builder is seeking to fill a construction laborer position with a self-motivated person. Custom projects are located in the greater Eastside area. The job responsibilities include job site cleanup, material organization, demolition, light earthwork, framing, jobsite coordination, and other miscellaneous residential construction work. The ideal candidate will love working outdoors, be able-bodied, have general construction knowledge, willingness to learn, have access to their own transportation, a clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and be able to work independently or in a group. As a rapidly growing company, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to advance based upon their skills and work ethic. Job is full time at 40 hours per week. Part time available. Hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Pay range is $20-25/hr+ depending on experience. Opportunity for growth. Project completion bonus available.
