Compensation: Starting Wage - $20.00/Hour Employment type: part-time Job title: Janitorial Team Leader SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday Start time 4:45pm **THIS JOB IS A PART TIME POSITION** Job Position Description: This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings in a team environment; and driving team members in a company vehicle. • Must be able to lead, motivate, and work in a team environment. • Driving Team Members to job sites and performing all assigned cleaning tasks. • Perform all cleaning duties as per customers specifications. • Cleaning duties: sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, empty waste cans. • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. • Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required. • 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper required • The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must. Physical Demands and Qualifications: • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record • Walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and overall reaching. • Must be able to lift and and/or carry 35lbs. • Ability to read cleaning instructions • Must be detail oriented JOB# 10210 – Please refer to this job# when applying
