Stone Ground Landscaping seeks a fine gardener to join our crew. Who We Are We are a small, professional residential landscaping company based out of Jamaica Plain, and we specialize in estate management and property maintenance. We provide multiple services with consistent and focused care to our clients throughout Boston and Brookline. We are a friendly group of dedicated individuals who take pride in our work and have an appreciation for others who do the same. What We Offer We offer a full time position, with the possibility of year round employment. Snow removal and scheduled projects occur during our brief winter off season. Our workday begins at 7:30 AM and can range from 8-12 hours depending on season and workload. Tasks may vary daily and will offer opportunities to learn as you go. We offer an enthusiastic and productive team environment, and we use organic and sustainable methods to care for our earth. We offer a starting salary between $23 and $27 dollars per hour, commensurate with experience. Work boots, gloves, and a per diem food allowance are also included. What You Bring You are a reliable team player who will work hard, take direction, and stay focused. You have a collaborative spirit, a willingness to show initiative, and a professional, courteous attitude. You are patient and detail oriented, comfortable working outside in all weather, performing plant installation and container maintenance. Ideally you have gardening experience, greenhouse or nursery experience, and/or a working knowledge of horticulture.
