Key Responsibilities: Perform regular lawn maintenance, including lawn mowing, edging, and line trimming. Carry out hand weeding, hedge trimming, and hand pruning to maintain the appearance and health of plants and shrubs. Remove debris and rake areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation of landscape areas. Identify and manage weeds within landscaped areas. Operate basic landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Support basic irrigation tasks and identify potential issues (basic irrigation knowledge is a plus). Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and equipment. Knowledge of weed identification and basic plant care. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Fence Supervisor/Lead, the Fence Laborer position is a full-time role that executes the delivery, set-up, and pick-up of temporary fence installations on construction sites and special events. Supporting the larger operations of the company, the Fence Laborer position ensures that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company’s goals, values, and standards. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the Fence Laborer position include the installation of both chain link and fence panels as per the prescribed layout and design of the Fence Supervisor; creating entry gates for vehicle and pedestrian entry points using privacy screen, sandbags, and various fence posts to support the fencing requirements.
