**Home Appliance Technician**

Family owned business serving Knoxville for over 75 years. - Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers etc. - Provide field service by traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair appliances. - Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work performed. - Provide exceptional customer service Skills: - Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical repairs. - Knowledge of appliance assembly and installation procedures. - Experience in field service or equipment repair preferred. - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve appliance issues. - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of repairs. 1 year experience required working on appliances specifically.
