Job is available now as of september 15th 2025 this is a fall and winter job Maintenance and ground job at various Apartment Complexes in the Everett/Marysville lynnwood Mill Creek Arlington Job Description: cleaning trash in and around the parking area, some place will have to pick up dog droppings blowing off walkways and by doorways and emptying garbages and vacuum hallways Some pressure washing this job there a lot of walking Must have car to drive to various places. All supplies will be provided, which you will keep with you. (Blowers, backpack vacuum, broom/dustpan) Garbage bags Pay starting at $23.00 hour with a pay increase after 30 days to $24.00 after hour you will be payed 25 dollars a week for gas this job for fall and winter You will hired sub contractor and get 1099 at the end of the year and will be responsible for your own taxes at the end of the year you will need rain gear all show you what to do and then you will do the properties on your own you will be given a weekly schedule I will check in with you every morning just need to be able to get a hold of you when I call or text you Must be available right away start september 15th Paydays are every other Friday. You turn your time sheet in on Friday and get payed monday must wear a safety vest Job is Monday - Friday 9:00-am 3:00pm with weekends and holidays off You will have 30 hours per week

This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance to ensure the safety of the traveling public. As a member of the branch production team, you will be responsible for the performance of work within a particular work area and in accordance with generally accepted standards of the crafts. Experienced and Non-Experienced general laborers are all encouraged to apply! Requirements To be qualified for this job, experience in a trade or craft is preferred. To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate sufficient reading, writing and math skills to comprehend and explain company safety policies and material instruction. Physically, workers must be able to stand or walk for long periods; lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more; climb ladders, scaffolds and other objects carrying tools and equipment; and see (naturally or with correction). Ability to work at heights, extreme temperatures and to wear company's safety equipment is essential. May mix cement, using hoe or concrete mixing machine.
