Green Aloha Dispensary | Production Laborer (Kapaa)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and respectful General Laborer to join our small, hard-working team in Kapaa. This full-time position involves a variety of tasks to support our daily operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of lifting up to 75lbs, standing/sitting/kneeling/reaching for long periods of time. Using basic tools and working with your hands. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Comfortable working collaboratively within a small crew. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning tasks, including washing pots and propagation trays. * Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sanitizing surfaces and sweeping/mopping floors. * Assist with cultivation tasks. * Lift, move, and organize materials and equipment as needed. * Work effectively and respectfully as part of a small team. * Follow instructions and safety procedures. * Other general labor duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift and carry objects of varying weights. * Must be able to pass a federal background check. * Demonstrated reliability and punctuality. * Respectful and professional demeanor. * Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively within a small team. * Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks. **Work Schedule:** * Full-time position.
