Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and skill development. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, including loading/unloading materials and setting up equipment. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and waste disposal. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or foremen. Qualifications: Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required (willing to train the right candidate). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
