Full-time Day Concierge – Build Your Path to Leadership (San Diego)

We are a rapidly growing property services company in San Diego, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Concierge to join our team. As a Day Concierge, you will be the face of cleanliness and service in luxury residential communities. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and guests, while working with a team that values hard work, professionalism, and leadership development. Responsibilities • Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, gyms, and common areas • Clean surfaces, sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash/recycling • Assist in setting up or breaking down spaces for community events • Provide friendly and professional attention to residents Requirements – What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in cleaning, concierge, or maintenance preferred (but not required) • Prior experience leading teams and/or training staff is a plus • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work – you notice what needs cleaning before others do • Ability to work independently and stay focused • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented – people count on you • Physical ability – able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs • Friendly and professional – excellent attitude with residents and guests • Availability: 7 days a week (weekends and holidays are a plus) • Must have reliable transportation Growth Opportunity We are seeking someone who can grow into a Lead Concierge role, eventually leading the team on-site and overseeing daily operations.
