Who We Are We are a small, professional residential landscaping company based out of Jamaica Plain, and we specialize in estate management and property maintenance. We provide multiple services with consistent and focused care to our clients throughout Boston and Brookline. We are a friendly group of dedicated individuals who take pride in our work and have an appreciation for others who do the same. What We Offer We offer a full time position, with the possibility of year round employment. Snow removal and scheduled projects occur during our brief winter off season. Our workday begins at 7:30 AM and can range from 8-12 hours depending on season and workload. Tasks may vary daily and will offer opportunities to learn as you go. We offer an enthusiastic and productive team environment, and we use organic and sustainable methods to care for our earth. We offer a starting salary between $23 and $27 dollars per hour, commensurate with experience. Work boots, gloves, and a per diem food allowance are also included. What You Bring You are a reliable team player who will work hard, take direction, and stay focused. You have a collaborative spirit, a willingness to show initiative, and a professional, courteous attitude. You are patient and detail oriented, comfortable working outside in all weather, performing plant installation and container maintenance. Ideally you have gardening experience, greenhouse or nursery experience, and/or a working knowledge of horticulture. DESCRIPTION: The Shipping Assistant is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role supports both the production and service teams by ensuring that outgoing orders meet company standards for quality, presentation, and timeliness. The Shipping Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for delivery and shipping. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and order specifications. Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping and storage areas. Assist in managing shipping materials and inventory, notifying management when supplies need replenishing. Coordinate with delivery services and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Support additional tasks as needed to meet operational demands. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on one’s feet for an extended period of time. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Accountability for order accuracy and timeliness. NYC DOH Food Handler’s Permit card and/or ServSafe certification is a plus.

About This Role Our Laborers work primarily on our jobsites to fill gaps between subcontractor trades and keep our projects moving safely, on-time and on-budget. Hours are usually 7am-4pm (M-F), 40-hours per week. Overtime is available, and some weekend work may be required. On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include: • Observe all safety requirements on job sites, and actively seek to correct or report safety hazards or infractions • Operate a variety of tools safely, including but not limited to: skill saw, drill, nail gun • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading construction materials • Assisting in the building or construction of various objects • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment • Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by the Project Manager • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the Project Manager • Maintain a clean job site • Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need to Succeed: • 1-2 years hands-on experience in residential construction. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position.
