Job Summary: The Farm Equipment Operators role is to ensure the upkeep, daily maintenance of the farm and maintaining farm equipment. Responsibilities: Maintenance of farms to insure a clean and safe environment Operate tractors or other farm equipment Mowing, weed eating, pruning, and landscape maintenance as needed General equipment maintenance. Keep record of equipment inspection logs Report any damaged equipment, tool and/or supplies Report near misses and potential dangers Assist with cherry pickup, loading and unloading Help with H2A as needed Assist with coffee processing as needed Chemical and fertilizer application Ensure all personal protective equipment is worn during appropriate times Maintain clean workstations including Ag.
