Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Conducting routine maintenance and light repairs on buildings, appliances, and fixtures. Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and performing other basic plumbing tasks. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches, and performing minor electrical repairs. Carpentry: Performing light carpentry work, such as building cabinets or repairing wooden structures like fences and decks. Looking for a mechanic who is able to keep up with maintenance and repair of a fleet of vehicles (Mostly 3/4 ton trucks) as well as small equipment.
