In search of 1-2 individuals that would be interested in doing cleaning and maintenance tasks. Monday - Friday most weeks with the occasional Saturday. Includes cleaning out new construction properties, cleaning both interior and exterior, picking up trash, and numerous other tasks. Must be willing to work and not afraid to get your hands dirty. Can be trained on other tasks such as mowing, Lanscaping, pressure washing, etc to earn more if interested. Hours are part time to start but will go up as much as you want if you are looking for more. Hours depend on your work ethic, dependability, and quality of work.
