Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with building systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to avoid problems. Make repairs and installations of appliances and fixtures. Respond to emergency calls and address urgent issues. Property Upkeep: Prepare apartments for move-in and perform ongoing maintenance for current residents. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. Job description: Cleaning dog kennels,Cleaning horse stalls,and keeping grounds clean.this is a part time job but does require being able to do a split shift. So having good transportation is a must.
