Construction Helper Wanted! Helper will provide support service to painters and carpenters while working under the supervision of the job site lead(s). A key role of this position includes maintaining the cleanliness of workspace and the provided tools/equipment as well as other required skills: the ability to lift up to eighty pounds, climb ladders, work with tools, and take direction. Should be a team player, must have a current Drivers License and acceptable DMV record. Position is full time, work permitting. RRP Certificate is desirable; however, is not required.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of landscapes for commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas (mowing, edging, blowing, raking). Prune shrubs and trees. Weed and mulch planting beds. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.). Follow daily schedules and job orders as assigned. Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape tools/equipment. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record is a must Preferred Qualifications: Experience with irrigation systems. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Compensation: Hourly Rate: based on experience. Must have a valid CA Driver's License. RRP Certificate desirable but not required. Requires ability to climb ladders, to work with tools, lumber and materials.
