ShareCommercial maintenance company seeking qualified candidates for our night parking lot cleaning operation. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be available any night of the week. Having a clean driving record is a MUST. MUST have physical ability to walk with a backpack blower. Responsibilities of a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver: • Driver will drive sweeper truck to a job. Use a blower to blow out trash. Sweep up trash with truck. • Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc. • Drive the truck from job to job. • Sweeping on job site includes: sweeping parking lot, empty garbage cans and doing necessary hand work with blower, push broom and shovel. • Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices. We currently are seeking full time, part time, or on-call shifts. Available on weekends. Must be available nights and weekends. Five paid holidays. Accrued vacation pay.
