In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties. Requirements Handyman and/or Contractor work experience required. Full-time Hours Monday-Friday Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check. Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace and be very detailed. Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor’s directions. Follow building or customer specific COVID protocols. HS Diploma or GED. Use of personal vehicle to pick up supplies and transferring them from building to building. Basic electrical knowledge and are able to perform light electrical and plumbing. Moving furniture Personal tools required ( special tools if needed will be provided by client ) Pay rate 20 per hour. The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, utilizing contracting equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs.
