In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Working closely with the Service Manager and Community Manager, you’ll bring both hands-on skill and heart for service to every interaction.  Key Responsibilities  Maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and shared spaces  Ensure trash is removed regularly from office areas, community perimeters, and trash chutes/compactors  Prepare units for new residents by supporting make-ready efforts—including trash removal and minor repairs  Clean and prepare available apartments and models to our standard of excellence  Troubleshoot and repair a range of maintenance issues, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry  Assist with maintenance needs across the community and escalate larger concerns to the Service or Community Manager  Maintain curb appeal through daily visual inspections and proactive upkeep  Support emergency response efforts including hazardous weather, flooding, or fire events  Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and stocked  Collaborate with office staff on community projects or resident needs as requested  Embrace our shared responsibility culture—where every team member plays a role in safety, service, and success  Requirements What You Bring  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in property maintenance is a plus  • Working knowledge of light carpentry, drywall repair and texture, and painting  • Comfort with troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues (certification a plus)  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset toward safety and presentation  • Customer service focus with a positive, team-first attitude  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced, people-centered environment  • Computer literacy helpful, but not required—willingness to learn is key  • A sense of pride, ownership, and care in everything you do  • Driver’s license and vehicle required based on community needs  • Promote a collaborative culture rooted in respect, ownership, and accountability  “We rise together” isn’t just something we say—it’s how we work.
