Maintain an organized, clean workspace, including the flower coolers. Requirements Ability to work well both in a team and independently. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Creativity and exceptional floral design skills. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving. General knowledge of flower names is a plus. Must be able to work in a retail flower shop and occasionally work on-site at events.
