Rental includes utilities (water, trash, electric, a/c, Wi-Fi) and inside camera surveillance/alarm for safety/protection. Shared spaces are: front lobby/ waiting area, front desk space and office closet for storage, linen closet in hallway for storage of supplies, break room (featuring a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and pod coffee maker) and bathroom. Also includes cleaning supplies and bathroom toilet supplies but does NOT include the actual cleaning of shared spaces. Cleaning of shared spaces determined based on daily usage and agreed upon mutually between us. Access is full-time (24/7), you set your own hours and schedule.
