Path Construction seeks a qualified Sr. Estimator to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area . We are a rapidly growing general contractor located in Arlington Heights, IL with additional offices in Scottsdale, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; and Dallas, TX with projects throughout the country. The right candidate will have 10+ years of construction estimating and leadership experience in multiple sectors including but not limited to: healthcare, multi-family, hospitality, retail, transportation, self-storage, senior living, water and waste treatment, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, and institutional. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Duties for an Estimator include: Estimating, quantity take-offs, preparing and managing bid packages, subcontractor/bid procurement, managing RFI during bid period, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor relations, P&L, maintaining and delivering a high level of quality and competitive bid analysis.
