This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. Essential Functions This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of a project & stakeholders involve ensuring consistency in reaching the project's goal. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements. Prepares cost estimates for staff resources, vendors, consultants, hardware, and service costs (i.e. WAN, Internet, voice circuits, etc.) Develop project plans, define team deliverables, and supervise the work of various team members. Conduct all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for projects. Manage issues, risks, change controls, and status reporting. Provide technical insights and advice to customer stakeholders for the project’s planning & execution. Support project sponsors and the team to communicate, report, and collaborate with Toyota’s counterpart departments in Japan. Applies project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.) and best practices as directed by senior management or that are most appropriate for the project. Supervises technical resources, including contingent workers, associates, and 3rd party vendor staff as appropriate. Oversee IT installations on-site (may require travel) Plans team members’ work assignments and schedules, and guides and monitors work performance. Communicates project status regularly to the management and project stakeholders. Provide decision support for project sponsors, decision-makers, and stakeholders involved in related projects. Define & maintain roadmaps detailing workstreams for continuous improvement. Prepare closing documents, and ensure smooth transitions to Operations Teams and local IS Teams Improve project performance via regular status reporting and executive reviews. Investigate specific performance issues and communicate early warning signs of risk. Enforce consistent performance reporting guidelines to make reporting efficient for stakeholders. Recognize any potential opportunities, risks, or complications at the customer side. Inform TTS-US upper management to make action plans for TTS-US to expand its business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Japanese/English bilingual 7+ years of hands-on work within large-scale enterprise networking environments. Fundamentals of Networking and demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments. Good level understanding of TCP/IP routing and switching, along with network design best practices (CCNP Level) Good level understanding of dynamic routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.), Network Security (Firewall, NAC, etc.), Switching topologies on both Wired/Wireless networks, and Cloud/Virtual networking. (CCNP Level) Experience writing technical specifications is recommended.

Client Relations Manager
The Client Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and the overall relationship manager for a number of PAC and advocacy technology and website services clients. The Client Relations Manager will oversee all post-sale activities associated with the client and will be responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
