Washes and conditions vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage and waxing/buffing Details RV's and Motorhomes for display and customer pick-up Polishes chrome fixtures and cleans the interior of the RV units Washes and maintains detail area of shop Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation. Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Assists technicians with prep work and equipment. Participates with RV lot maintenance and seasonal yard work. Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Facilities cleaning, including: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, restroom cleaning, and trach pick-up Perform local errands needed for supplies and parts Requirements Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Neat, clean, and professional appearance Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Able to work independently with minimal supervision Highly professional and dependable Safety and customer service oriented Basic computer and internet skills Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed A desire to work in a performance based environment. The HVAC/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Requirements: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years’ building maintenance experience or equivalent. With Knowledge of items pertaining to Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, concrete, appliances, ETC. Work schedule flexibility required to include out of town, overtime, evenings, and weekends if necessary. The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of wall repair and painting. Experience soldering copper pipe with propane torch. Knowledge of floor care products and equipment. The ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, evaporative coolers and similar warehouse equipment as well as perform minor electrical repairs. Valid Arizona driver’s license. Good verbal and written communication skills. Have general working knowledge of basic construction and mechanical practices. Basic computer skills.
