Retail Associates- -Strong attention to detail and organization skills -Should be comfortable working independently, connecting the dots, driving a project list, and communicating upwards effectively. -Are a trusted resource for both the management and sales team -Support during peak hours and weekend days with store standards, ringing sales, and restock -Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and at our pop up shop -Polished presentation and strong service instincts -Weekend Availability required -Best candidates should speak English and Spanish -Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day -Must be comfortable lifting 25 lbs -Must be comfortable in a dog friendly shop and working with an ever-changing home decor and eventing environment
