Wellgo C002 SPD two-sided pedal - $10 (Maple Grove)

These pedals have one side with a SPD setup, and the other side flat, so you can ride it with regular shoes. They came on one of my bike purchases. I've adopted the SPD Ultegras on my current bikes.
