55 Reade Street is a historic cast-iron building located in the golden Tribeca area, which was first built in 1872. United American Land, LLC has just completed extensive restoration work and recently received the Lucy G. Moses Conservation Award from Landmarks Conservancy in recognition of its outstanding conservation efforts, which is the highest honor of the award. The building has been reimagined as a boutique residential complex with only 9 residential units and a maximum of 2 apartments on each floor. This stunning facade features a blend of Italian and French Second Empire styles, with original cast-iron columns, huge arched Windows, a Mansard roof and ceilings as high as 14 feet inside the building. The building will provide virtual gatehouse technology for its residents. The location of 55 Reade enables its residents to conveniently reach top restaurants, shopping centers, schools, parks, playgrounds and public transportation (Metro lines 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, 4, 5, 6 and N, R, W).
