I have a renovated 2 bedroom 1 full bathroom farm house that we have previously rented to hunters. Located approximately 2 miles south of Evansville, MO township off of State Hwy YY on a quiet grave road. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. Linens & towels provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave & coffee pot as well as dishes, glasses, silverware. Family room has a stereo, CD player, TV and DVD player. NO INTERNET or SATILLITE TV. Forced air gas furnace, window A/C. Rural water supply Required 3 night minimum stay at $100 per night for up to 3 guest. NO SMOKING & NO PETS Weekly rate of $600 for 7 nights. $850 for 10 nights.
