$1,250 / 3br - 900ft2 - Sea Watch 3BR Oceanfront Condo (Ocean City)

I own a 3BR, 2 bath oceanfront condo at the Sea Watch that is being offered as a winter rental from October to mid-April. The attached photos display the unit and Sea Watch amenities. The only difference between the photos and the current unit are the photos of the kitchen. We replaced the white appliances in the kitchen with new stainless steel one after Seaside Vacation, the company that handles our summer rentals, had photographed the unit. The rent for our winter rentals includes all utilities except for electricity. The unit has WiFi on its own private network and streaming for the TV that includes regular channels, HBO channels, Netflix, and Prime Video. You will be able to enjoy all the Sea Watch amenities this winter which includes an indoor pool, fitness center, saunas, a game room, and a movie theater free for you to use.
