I am looking for a caring, drug free and Non-Smoking Tenant to Lease my (approx 650sq ft more or less) Cabin in the woods on several acres. Guthrie Schools, Edmond address. OG&E is the only required Utility Payment by the Tenant for this all electric Cabin (no gas). You must love country living and being handy to push a lawn mower would help! All seasons are serene and beautiful here off a gravel road. One can hear the roosters, chickens galore and too many bird varieties to list. The Deer are plentiful and fun to watch. I prefer no pets but we can talk about it. There are HOA Covenants and Restrictions. No hunting or burning on the property. $1,100 Security Deposit plus first Month's rent of $1,100 required, Application and Credit Check before moving in. A 5 or 6 month or 12 month Lease can be considered. At your own expense you can install a Carport (with Landlord approval) as there is no Carport currently. Some current decor furnishings can be left in the Cabin if so desired for your use. Every 3 Months, there will be a house inspection and I will change out the Filter for the Heat Pump Unit then also.
